Pregnancy yoga with amber

Amber is passionate about helping other mums to enjoy their pregnancy, birth and baby.  She has been practising yoga for several years and took up a regular practice when she fell pregnant with her daughter. This helped with her anxieties around the changing body and the birth, and since then has continued to develop her yoga and mindfulness. Now she would like to share this experience, knowledge and love! 

About the class

Pregnancy Yoga is for mums-to-be from around 14 weeks of pregnancy. We will mindfully move our bodies, with a focus on breathing and relaxation. You will learn postures and breathing techniques to help make pregnancy more comfortable and the birth a calm and positive experience. Taking a little time out of your day to care for yourself and your baby is amazing. This is also a fantastic opportunity to meet other local mums-to-be. No prior experience of yoga is necessary, just an open mind!
