Zen muma Yoga
Amber teaches Pregnancy Yoga, Preschool Yoga and Mum & Baby Yoga at the studio. She has been practising yoga for several years and took up a regular practice when she fell pregnant with her daughter. This helped with her anxieties around the changing body and the birth, and since then has continued to develop her yoga and mindfulness. Now she would like to share this experience, knowledge and love!
About Pregnancy Yoga
Pregnancy Yoga is for mums-to-be from around 14 weeks of pregnancy. We will mindfully move our bodies, with a focus on breathing and relaxation. You will learn postures and breathing techniques to help make pregnancy more comfortable and the birth a calm and positive experience. Taking a little time out of your day to care for yourself and your baby is amazing. This is also a fantastic opportunity to meet other local mums-to-be. No prior experience of yoga is necessary, just an open mind!

About Preschool Yoga
Preschool Yoga is for youngsters around 2-5 years old, along with their parent or carer. We will explore yoga through movement and mindfulness. Classes are fun and no prior experience of yoga is necessary!

About Baby Yoga
Baby Yoga is suitable for mum and baby from birth until crawling. Classes include baby massage and movement, postnatal movement, breathing and relaxation. It is also a friendly place to meet other new mums. No prior experience of yoga is necessary!
