Karen is a yoga teacher of 8 years, registered nurse of several more years than that, and an accredited teacher of Menopause Yoga. She helps women in all stages of menopause (and those who just want to know what’s coming!), to manage their own symptoms and mindset by working with breathing techniques, yoga and meditation. Inspired by her love for the therapeutic value of yoga, her own menopause experiences and her nursing career, she brings western medical science together with eastern wellbeing practices to empower women to take back control, and embrace this natural transition of life with optimism and confidence. Her classes and workshops and 1-2-1’s are for all levels of yoga including complete beginners.
