Yoga and mindfulness lover Rachel began her journey as a regular practise to compliment her active dance lifestyle. Rachel has spent the last two years building teaching foundations training alongside the most inspiring yogis in the industry in locations such as Frame Studios, quirky London Rooftops, Ministry of Sound and the tranquil Daylesford Organic Farm in the Cotswolds. Completing her Level 3 Diploma in Teaching Yoga with Train Fitness, Rachel has taught classes in London's creative hub Shoreditch, motivating others to connect to the present moment (away from the madness of city life!) whilst improving physical strength & suppleness through time and a heap load of patience!
Rachel's fun, playful and high energy ensures every class leaves you feeling a happier, healthier and more authentic version of you. Rachel's modern approach to yoga is to not take it too seriously, just go with the flow rather than over - analysing and see what happens, that's the fun of the journey!
