JESSICA PYE, Bootybarre
Jessica trained at Bird College of Performing Arts in London where she graduated with a Diploma in 2011. Since graduating, Jessica has been teaching a variety of dance classes and curriculum workshops across Norfolk. Since July 2015, she has been teaching BootyBarre Plus and BootyBarre Flex & Flow. These classes combine techniques from Yoga, Pilates and Dance to tone and sculpt the whole body using the barre without bulking. Modifications are given throughout the class which will allow you to work and progress at your own pace with no experience necessary.
Jessica runs 7 weekly classes around Norwich and is very much looking forward to adding the exciting new barre workout to the timetable at Knowles Dance & Fitness Studio. She cannot wait to meet you all at the barre to feel the burn and have fun!
